Josephine Muhaise’s practice covers corporate and commercial advisory, banking and financial law and commercial disputes.
Josephine acts for corporate, investment and financial entities on legal, regulatory and transactional matters, including regulatory affairs, legal due diligence, corporate finance, commercial contracts, compliance and risk, company law and company secretarial and commercial disputes.
She has advised the country’s aviation regulator, a leading telecommunications operator, a global freight services provider and a global research institute on both contentious and non-contentious regulatory and corporate matters.
Josephine also acts for a publicly-traded tobacco company on a range of advisory matters in regulatory compliance, corporate and commercial law, disputes and commercial contracts.
She is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society.
