Winnie Awino Obong

Winnie Awino Obong joined Sebalu & Lule in October 2011 having earlier conducted her pupilage with the firm between April and June 2011. Winnie holds a Bachelors degree in law from Makerere University and has completed her Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. She practices with the firm’s corporate & commercial law department.

Winnie has distinguished herself in research and academia and is a published author. Her book Gender Equality In Employment was published by LAP Lambert Academic Publishing. She was also on the team that represented Makerere University at the Third Edition of the International Criminal Law Network (ICLN) International Criminal Court (ICC) Trial Court Competition in The Hague, Netherlands in 2010.
