Alice Nalwoga

Alice Nalwoga joined Sebalu & Lule in July 2011. She specializes in banking & finance and corporate & commercial law and continues to cultivate a keen interest in tax.

Alice previously worked as a legal associate with the Uganda Association of Women Lawyer’s (FIDA-U). Following her admission to the Bar in 2008, she joined legal practice as an Associate with Ligomarc Advocates.

Alice holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Makerere University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre (LDC). She is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society.
