Patson Arinaitwe

Patson Arinaitwe joined Sebalu & Lule in June 2011. He specializes in commercial and civil litigation at both trial and appellate level and also renders general corporate advisory. Patson also continues to cultivate an interest in oil & gas law.  He was previously with Ligomarc Advocates.

Patson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Uganda Christian Univeristy (UCU), Mukono and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre (LDC). He has undertaken formal training in interest-based negotiation, collaborative practice and other facets of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms with the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Phoenix, Arizona, USA.

Patson also holds a keen interest in research and academia and is a part-time lecturer at UCU’s Faculty of Law. He is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society.
